Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

At Lavandela, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in our jewelry. We offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Lavandela fine jewelry.

If your piece experiences damage due to a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us for an evaluation. A deposit of 85$ USD is required before shipping the item to Lavandela for evaluation. This deposit covers the shipping and assessment costs by our expert jewelers to determine if the damage is covered by warranty. For warrantied repairs, this fee is fully refunded. We also provide complimentary return shipping for all warrantied repairs. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, we will quote the cost for your approval before proceeding. If approved, the deposit will be applied toward the repair; if declined, the deposit will cover the return shipping fee back to you.

If a warranty issue is confirmed, Lavandela will repair the damage or replace the item free of charge.

Please note that repairs or services performed by jewelers outside Lavandela will void the warranty. Lavandela will replace any damaged fine jewelry within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, Lavandela will replace fine jewelry pieces valued under 1000$ USD. Fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or accidental damage, especially rings due to their frequent use. Our manufacturing warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, gemstone loss, product loss, or theft. It also excludes damages caused by failing to maintain necessary repairs that uphold the jewelry’s integrity.

Common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:

• Discoloration of metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, pool or hot tub water, or bathing.
• Natural wear of precious metals, especially prongs, which may require maintenance over time.
• Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending from regular use, which could lead to gemstone loss.
• Gemstone loss due to daily wear or accidental damage.
