Lavandela LLC wants everyone to be able to choose, design and buy jewellery on lavandela.com, whatever their abilities or the technology they use.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We build the site to work with a keyboard, screen readers, browser zoom and text resizing. It has a link to skip straight to the main content, labelled form fields and buttons, and visible focus outlines.

Known limitations

• 3D viewer and on-body views. These are visual previews and are not fully usable with a screen reader. Every choice they show, including setting, diamond, gold colour, size, engraving and price, can be made with the standard controls on the page and is listed in text beside the viewer and in your bag.
• Diamond photographs and 360° videos come from our suppliers. They have no audio and no text description beyond the grading details we list for each diamond.
• Supplier grading reports open on the laboratory's or supplier's own website and may not be fully accessible.

We review the site against our standard at least once a year and when we add new features.

Help with your order

If any part of the site does not work for you, contact us and a jeweller will help you choose and order by email, phone or WhatsApp, at the same prices as on the site.
