Heart natural diamonds

The heart is a brilliant-cut stone shaped as a symbol of love. It needs expert cutting to keep its two lobes even and its cleft clearly defined. Choose a heart of at least half a carat so the shape reads clearly once set, and look for balanced lobes and a ratio around 0.90–1.10.
